1. Motion to Open Public Hearing PZ-01-2021
The purpose of the public hearing shall be to receive and consider testimony, public comment and other evidence pertaining to the application of Jeff Pechauer, Manager-Facilities, Midland States Bank, to rezone the property commonly known as 1275 E. Division Street, Diamond, IL 60416 (southeast corner of IL Rte. 113 and Berta Road) from the B1 – Retail Business District to the B-3 – Service Business District.
