Dave Ostrander updated the committee on the ETSB data Central Square project that is scheduled to go live in July.

1. Approve EDPA #1 Surplus to Taxing Bodies for Tax Year 2020 Payable 2021
Nancy Norton provided the calculation for the distribution to the taxing districts for EDPA #1 for 2020 tax year payable in 2021. The 2020 declared surplus is $2,463,000.75. Also approved were rebates in accordance to their redevelopment agreements for Airgas ($782,268) and Kellogg ($732,727).
