Report: Minooka School District spent $14,026 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Minooka Community High School District 111 was up 5.5 percent from five years ago, according to the Grundy Reporter analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Grundy County school district spent $13,294 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $14,026 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment fell from 2,680 to 2,641 students over the same period.

Minooka's spending in 2019-20 was 3.2 percent lower than the state average of $14,492.
