The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Minooka (Kendall County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Minooka in Kendall County rose by $373,695 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $628,695 - a 146.5% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Minooka in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Minooka for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,469, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
