Our Nutrition Services team is celebrating a “world of flavors” during National Nutrition Month by featuring menu items from around the globe on specially designated days throughout March. What better way to start the travels than with a New Orleans style menu today in recognition of Mardi Gras, featuring chicken andouille sausage soup, Cajun shrimp and grits, and chicken creole.
