Village President, Ric Offerman, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Trustees present: Dick Parrish, Terry Houchens, Barry Thompson, Dennis Martin, Robin White and Gabriela Martinez. Also present: Dan Duffy-Village Administrator, Sean Kelly-Village Engineer, Police Chief-Justin Meyer, Village Treasurer-John Harrington, Village Attorney-Chris Spesia, Village Clerk-Orsola Evola and Public Works Superintendent-Ryan Anderson.

Public Forum
Swearing in Police Officer Cody Fosdick-Chief Meyer gave a brief presentation on Officer’s Fosdick’s accomplishments. He was previously an officer in Pontiac, Illinois. Village Clerk administered the oath. Appointment of Deputy Chief James Sinovich-Chief Meyer gave a presentation on Sinovich’ s accomplishments, awards and education. Village Clerk administered the oath. Wife and daughter gathered for the pinning ceremony. Deputy Chief gave a speech to acknowledge the Chief, Village and family for their continued support. No other public comments.

Executive Session- None
Action from Executive Session-None As Appropriate- Administrator Duffy wanted to share his condolences as the Village lost former Public Works employee Ken Kinsella and also to Mayor Missey’s family on the loss of her father. Mr. Duffy is looking into having an annexation meeting in February for the Conor Project. Trustee Thompson wanted to congratulate our new Deputy Chief and wanted to acknowledge Finance Director John Harrington a job well done on the bonds.
