Village President, Ric Offerman, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Trustees present: Terry Houchens, Barry Thompson, Dennis Martin, Dick Parrish, Robin White and Gabriela Martinez. Also present: Dan Duffy-Village Administrator, Police Chief-Justin Meyer, Chris Spesia-Village Attorney, Sean Kelly-Village Engineer, Ryan Anderson-Public Works Superintendent and Village Clerk-Orsola Evola.

Trustee Houchens moved to approve the minutes, Trustee Parrish seconded the motion to approve the Village Board Minutes from May 24, 2022.

Trustee Thompson motioned to re-open the Public hearing, Trustee Houchens seconded the motion.

Public Hearing reopened at 6:33 p.m.
Dan Duffy gave an overview. The project has been reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Board and Board of Trustees. No one from the public spoke.
