Illinois state Sen. Sue Rezin (R-Morris) is informing her constituents about an upcoming senior health fair.
"Rep [David] Welter and I are hosting our Annual Senior Health Fair at the Saratoga Elementary School's Gymnasium in Morris!" Rezin said in a recent Facebook post. "I hope to see you there!"
In early July, Rezin informed constituents about a free paper shredding event in Grundy County, the Grundy Reporter said. She also spent time at the Grundy County Fair and attended the 2022 Health Summit hosted by the National Foundation for Women Legislators.
Additionally, she spoke out about what the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling on abortion means for individuals in Illinois, the Will County Gazette reported.
"Despite what you may hear, today’s ruling will have no impact on Illinois," Rezin said in a June Facebook post. "The Majority Party has already passed some of the most aggressive abortion laws in the nation, including allowing late-term abortions & minors to undergo surgical procedures without notifying their parents."
The Illinois Valley Times reported in June that Rezin raised awareness for an annual motorcycle freedom ride.
"It was an honor to speak at the 19TH ANNUAL ILLINOIS MOTORCYCLE FREEDOM RUN ceremony for the Middle East Conflicts Wall Memorial in Marseilles," she said in a Facebook post.
