There were no questions regarding the reports that were submitted for the month of January. Melissa gave an update on the current animal census in the facility and cases worked to date. She also talked about the livestock running at large issues that had occurred over the last couple of weeks.

Amanda Olvera discussed the average number of rides provided in January, number of accidents, staffing update, and the annual GTS Rider Satisfaction Survey running during the month of February.

Amanda Olvera gave an update on the Transit Center. The grant amendment request to introduce land acquisition into the grant was submitted to IDOT on January 30, 2023.

XIII. Fuel Usage and Overtime
1. Fuel Usage Report
Eric Gibson noted that fuel usage 37%. He mentioned that fuel usage will always be higher as all departments except Transit and Sheriff come out of this line item. He noted that the other departments do reimburse Highway for their fuel usage.

Eric noted that we requested 4 quotes for a dump trailer and received 3 back. Eric requested approval to accept the lowest quote from R & P Carriages of $12,200.
