Deb Ritke reviewed the report with the committee.

The BOR appointments were discussed; motion was made by Harris/Vota to reappoint Mike Onorato to the BOR. During further discussion it was noted that the matter was not able to be acted on, therefore Harris/Vota rescinded their motion/second. No action was taken.

Ritke updated the committee on the process required by the State which includes mailings and posting on county website.

IX. New/Old Business 

A. TY 2022 Tax Abatement/Rebate Compliance Report-GEDC 

Nancy Norton, GEDC presented the summary for tax year 2022, payable 2023. The evaluation is conducted to ensure that each entity has complied with the employment, benefit & wage commitments made in the agreements. There was a 27% improvement from 2021. No action was needed.
