Per Eric Gibson, he noted that he will need to find a better way to present information. Will look into a report showing revenue and expenditures. Highway is under budget for fuel usage.

Eric Gibson noted that overtime is pretty much sitting the same as last month.

XIV. Highway New Business 

A. Draft of 5 Year Road and Bridge Plan - Review

Eric Gibson went through overview of projects happening the next 5 years.

Eric Gibson did a brief overview of equipment purchases for the next 5 years.

C. Resolution Appropriating $200,000 in Motor Fuel Tax for Labor and Equipment Rental - Action to Board 

1. Resolution Appropriating $200,000 Motor Fuel Tax for Labor and Equipment Rental

Eric Gibson asked for approval to send Resolution to the Full Board to appropriate $200,000 of motor fuel tax to reimburse labor and equipment rental to Highway Fund.

Eric Gibson gave a brief overview of the weight restricted bridges and how the projects in the 5 Year Plan affect them.

XV. Highway Old Business 

A. Ridge Road Update 

Eric Gibson noted that there are only a few items left to close out this project.

B. Brisbin Road and Bridge Update 

Eric Gibson noted that the road and bridge are completed. There is still some ongoing issues with the guardrail for the bridge due to contract promise made prior to beginning of project.

C. DuPont Bridge Update 

Eric Gibson noted that DuPont Bridge has been completed and working on closing out project.

D. 2023 General Maintenance Project Update 

Eric Gibson stated that GM worked has pretty much been completed. Still working on finishing up striping.

E. Grundy County Mobility Plan Update 

Eric Gibson gave a brief update on the Mobility Plan.
