B. Assessor Report

Deb Ritke told the committee that there had been an occurrence with the 2023 Board of Review that extends the time frame to April 6. 72 commercial property classes were not equalized in 2023. Factors will be applied, revised notices sent and publish only those parcels to give them another 30 day chance to appeal by 4/6/24. Ritke stated that they are still within the time frame in which the process moves forward last year.

3. Adding Network Operations Center Services

Taso & Anthony Triantafillos, Defend Edge presented the quote for Network Operations Services for cyber security in the amount of $2500 per month with a one-time onboarding/implementation fee of $250. The committee unanimously approved the expenditure.
