Per Eric Gibson, Fuel Usage is currently at 29.8% for Highway Department.

A. Resolution Approving Riber Construction for Grand Ridge Road Bridge Bundle - $1,942,957.64 Contract 87792 

1. Resolution Approving Riber Construction for Grand Ridge Bridge Bundle

Per Eric Gibson, the letting for this project was held on April 26th in Springfield. Riber Construction had the lowest bid at $1,942,957.64. Eric asked for the committee's approval to send Resolution approving Riber Construction's bid to the full board meeting in June.

A. 2024 General Maintenance Projects Update 

Eric Gibson gave an update on general maintenance work for this summer. He noted that Hot Mix, Crack Fill and Stone for Mazon Township have been completed.

B. Grundy County Mobility Plan Update 

Eric Gibson stated that IT is wrapping up work on update website, data base, and executive summary.

C. 2024 Projects Update 

Eric Gibson gave a brief update on the bridge projects for this year.

Mary Kucharz noted that there was nothing of concern for the budget as of yet.
