Information and Discussion

A. Summer Library at GGS , Wednesdays, June 26-July24

B. July meeting- If not anything pressing, then we can cancel and only pay necessary bills and report out in August. I’m hopeful however that I will have a candidate for a paraprofessional to hire. Currently I only have one applicant.

C. Algebra kids going to GSW next school year - GGS 8, SWGS 5, BES 2

D. Filling of Coaching Vacancies -We are still looking for a 5th/6th grade boys’ basketball coach.

E. Who will be attending the Board Convention? .

F I talked with Mike & Tiffany Vezzetti about having our Tax Levy dollars automatically deposited into investments and then having them send us money via ACH when we need it to pay bills monthly. This used to be past practice but changed due to some issues with the bookkeeper according to Mike. Is this a direction the board would like to revisit again? It will provide more opportunities to earn larger interest returns.

Motion to Adjourn @ 8:02pm

All present members are in favor

Next Meeting: 7:00 pm Thursday, July 18, 2024
