1. Finance Report

Matt Melvin told the committee that the FY25 General Fund budget deficit is now below $700k. He also updated the committee on the Capital Improvement Plan and the County Expansion.

The committee discussed the proposed floor plan; committee members added their feedback including changes and concerns. External meetings will be held to further discuss to include the Board of Health.
