Township of Morris Planning Board met August 20.

Resolution

Consideration of the following resolutions thereby memorializing the action taken by the Board at the June 18, 2018 meeting:

6. PB-03-18, Footes Lane, LLC                      Minor Subdivision / Variance

     Block 6302, Lot 51, 1 Footes Lane, RA-25 zone.

     Applicant proposes a minor subdivision to create one additional lot. Applicant also seeks a front yard setback of 39.7 feet where 60 feet is required on the new lot.

7. PB-04-18, Louise Stryker Estate                 Minor Subdivision / Variance

     Block 6902, Lot 14, 188 James Street, RA-15 zone.

     Applicant proposes a minor subdivision to create one additional lot. Applicant also seeks a lot width variance of 51.1 feet on Peach Tree Drive where 75 feet is required.

8. PB-06-18, Lonza America Inc.                                  Site Plan Waiver

     Block 6101, Lot 1, 412 Mt. Kemble Avenue, OL-40 zone.

     Applicant proposes installation of a standby generator.

9. Master Plan Consistency review pursuant to Section 26(a) of the Municipal Land Use Law of proposed Ordinance #24-18 from the Township Committee Amending Chapter 57 Article I, Section 3 Entitled “Word Usage: Definitions” and Chapter 95 Article III, Section 20.2 Entitled “TH-6 / AH Townhouse Residential Affordable Housing Zone” of the Code of the Township of Morris.

10. Other Matters

      • Resolution #164-18 from Township Committee requesting the Planning Board to investigate whether the property commonly known as Block 8409, Lots 1 & 26 should be designated as an area in need of redevelopment pursuant to the local redevelopment and housing law, N.J.S.A 40A:12A-1, ET.SEQ.

     • Resolution authorizing Phillips Preiss Grygiel Leheny Hughes, LLC to investigate and conduct a study whether the property commonly known as Block 8409, Lots 1 & 26 should be designated as an area in need of redevelopment pursuant to the local redevelopment and housing law, N.J.S.A 40A:12A-1, ET.SEQ.

     • Morris School District Security Vestibule

     • Resolution authorizing the retaining of an Alternate Engineer for the application of Spring Brook Country Club

     • Resolution authorizing the retaining of a Traffic Engineer Consultant for the application of Mark Development Inc.

11. Update on Master Plan Re-examination Report implementation plan progress

12. Closed Session – Update on Affordable Housing Declaratory Judgement Action (if necessary)
