Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2 issued the following announcement on Jan. 4.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards has elected
Peter Riccardella as Chairman, Matthew Sunseri as Vice Chairman and Joy Rempe as Member-atLarge.
The ACRS is composed of individuals with a wide variety of engineering expertise, working
independently from the NRC staff on safety issues related to the licensing and operation of nuclear
power plants as well as issues of health physics and radiation protection.
