Home for life is now offering 'Continuing Care with Home modifications' for Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Social Workers, and Case Manager at Park Pointe in Morris.This course aims to teach the skills and knowledge to assess a client's home for their current and future unique needs. The course will cover universal design, home modifications and ADA compliance.
