Carbon Hill home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Carbon Hill fell by $37,700 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,300 - a 23.7% decrease over the $159,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Carbon Hill in 2017.
