Tony Arnold asked the committee to consider the transfer of Land Use Dept. 2010 Ford Explorer to the Administration Maintenance Dept. and deem the 2009 Ford Explorer Surplus equipment, the older Explorer has several mechanical issues and needs repairs roughly $3,000.00

Chairman Balkema exercised the authority vested in him by Section 11 of the Illinois Emergency Management Act and issued his Proclamation of a Disaster in the County of Grundy, IL relating to the potential of unscheduled intercity buses, discharging passengers and associated issues, an action activating the emergency operations plan for Grundy County.
