Chairman Balkema discussed the goals and the need for future capital planning.
B. Review Audit Process and Timeline
Gray told the committee that the auditors have already been working with department heads and staff.
C. Put Together 2019 Budget Timeline and Steps
Balkema stated that there needs to be more clarity and defined timeline on the next budget process.
