Incumbent Jason Bunting also expressed his disapproval of the bill's passage. He said, "Unfortunately, the bill passed anyway, and is now going to the Senate for consideration."

House Bill 4350 stipulates that certain establishments must display a notice, which is to be developed by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) in partnership with an accredited Children’s Advocacy Center. This notice will provide essential contact information and guidance on how minors can report instances of physical and sexual abuse.
